I’m asked this question most frequently. Since we are talking about sex people are concerned that there will be physical demonstrations. That is absolutely not the case. Think of these classes as group therapy. We do a lot of healing regarding sexual trauma. And I will verbally teach you techniques but nobody will ever take their clothes off or be put in any sort of compromising situation that makes them uncomfortable. I provide homeplay email worksheets at the end of each class. And I ask you to do the work in your home environment that is comfortable for you.

No. The work that you are doing will benefit both you and a partner, but can be done whether you have one or not.

Have you ever heard the saying “a woman’s orgasm is between her ears”? There is a lot of truth to that saying. If you feel like you have disconnected from sex or have no interest in sex, you should start with Vaginal Awakening. This class focuses more heavily on releasing blocks around sex which will then free your mind for better orgasms. Both classes will teach about orgasms. Orgasmic Enlightenment focuses heavier on orgasms and sex. But if your mind and body are not ready for orgasms you won’t get as much out of this class as you could have if you took Vaginal Awakening first.

It is not required but highly encouraged. These classes will change your life if you set your intentions and open your heart and mind for the growth that will occur. It is my heart’s desire to create a safe community within my classes. If you must miss a class, I will give you the homework but I can’t replace the knowledge, love and insight you get by attending the class.

Yes. Vaginal awakening is part 1 because it focuses on removing your blocks and healing. Not everyone has blocks to remove. If you feel that you have any sort of sexual trauma then I highly encourage you to take Vaginal Awakening before Orgasmic Enlightenment just so you will receive the most benefit from both classes.

If sessions have started I don’t allow days to be switched. This is because of the close community I create in a class session. If classes have not begun you can reach out to me and see if there is availability in the other class. But my classes fill up very quickly so there may not be openings in the class that you wish to attend. If that is the case you will have the first opportunity to sign up for the class you want on the next session dates.

I teach one class at a time. Each class is taught approximately twice a year.

Yes. As long as you let me know two weeks or more before your class session starts.

Each class is 2 hours long. They start at 7:00 p.m. and end at 9:00 p.m..

The classes are located in Redding, California.

Currently, I don’t offer online classes. I may do them in the future but I enjoy the close intimate space I create in my classes. I use the opportunity for us to come together as a community and learn from each other. It’s a beautiful thing when women feel safe, seen, heard and loved.
